Christine Kern, MA.Liaison to the Directors' Council, and participates on the Crisis Response committee. Rice ckern@co.rice.mn.us Supervises Rice County's Children's Mental Health (CMH) Services.  Her staff for CMH services includes: 6 Children's Mental Health case managers, 1 Community Support Program (CSP) social worker, 1 Family Services Case Aid that provides transportation for RCSS consumers, and therapy staff that includes 5 licensed mental health professionals.  Chris also supervises the Rice County Children's Day Treatment Program's mental health services.  In addition to her supervision duties she also manages contracts with local providers for In-home therapy, psychological assessments, and Independent Living Skills that are provided individually and in groups.

Integrated Services for Complex Conditions Committee:
Brad Frisch, MA                       Chair for the Integrated Services for Complex Conditions Committee Faribault-Martin brad.frisch@fmchs.com Mental Health Supervisor for the Human Services of Faribault & Martin Counties.  Brad supervises both the Adult and Children's Mental Health Units.  The Children's Unit consists of 3 Case Managers, an In-Home Therapist, and a Community Support Technician.  Brad also works in conjunction with the Southern Plains Education Cooperative for their Children's Day Treatment program which consists of a Mental Health Professional, two case managers, two teachers and two paraprofessionals.
Kathryn Tjepkema, LICSW Freeborn kathryn.tjepkema@co.freeborn.mn.us Supervises the Children's Mental Health (CMH) Unit which consists of 3 CMH Case Managers, 3 In-Home Family Based Services Counselors, 1 Mental Health Worker, and 3 Counselors in Freeborn County's Options Program at the Albert Lea Middle School and High School.

Linda Wintz                                            Director of River Bend Education District River Bend Education District 210 20th South Street New Ulm, MN  56073 Linda's role with the SCCMHI is as an Education Representative and she is the Director of River Bend Education District.  River Bend provides special education services to seven member school districts and three charter schools.  The Education District hosts the River Bend Area Learning Center and Therapeutic EBD program on site as well as providing itinerant specialists who work with special education needs in the member districts.

Laurie Strunk, MSSW, LICSW

Laurie's role with the SCCMHI is as a Community Representative and she is an Assistant Professor at Minnesota State University, Mankato.  At Minnesota State University her duties include co-coordinating senior level practicum sites, instructing social work courses and evaluating the SCCMHI pilot project.  In addition, Laurie provides clinical supervision to agencies who work with children with mental health diagnoses and also provides licensure supervision to area social workers.
